Creation of the Project from scratch in Novatek, running concept, Pre FEED, FEED and EPC.

Optimisation of the Execution Plans and negotiation on all contracts including 2 multi Bn€ EPC contracts.

The Project maintained on cost and on time despite 2 years of Covid until 95% of progress for Plant 1 in Feb 2022.

At that time, the project was running to reach one the lowest cost per ton of LNG in the world.

A claim of over 270 M€ resolved for less then 10 M€.
