2026 Newsletter

Dear partners and friends,  

 

In this joyful new year period, I would like to wish you and your loved ones a wonderful 2026, health, happiness and many business successes. 

 

This now past year has been a turning point for Mineral Energies with our website mineral-energies.com officially published. The quality of the support we provided allowed us to consolidate existing cooperations with participations in key assets and to develop new cooperations, all with significant growth perspectives.

As main 2025 events, we can highlight that: 

​

1. We managed to support Livista Energy to access a subsidy package up to 200 M€ for its project development in October and progressed its supply and offtake agreements, allowing it to be in an optimum position to launch its Basic Engineering and Project Financing discussions, when the Lithium price starts to raise again having nearly doubled since June 2025. 

2. We consolidated our partnership with Africa Horizon both with Upstream participation in Rare Earth Licenses in Mozambique and with a decision to develop jointly Rare Earth separation plant and Magnet manufacturing plant in Europe, and together develop potential commercialisation opportunities of Rare Earth Concentrate in Europe in the meantime, also 

3. We signed a cooperation agreement with Anotech to support development of large projects with our complementary competences opening potential new opportunities, and eventually 

4. We initiated in December a cooperation with an Oil and Gas company working in Africa to support their Subsurface, and in particular Reservoir works with the objective to revitalize their brown fields assets.

In 2026, we expect to consolidate and develop these cooperations. Our communication with you will always remain transparent as I consider that this the key to maintaining a trust relationship. You can count on us to continue Team Works, the only successful one, with full dedication, listening to your requirements and integrating your experience to focus on a single goal : deliver your projects and your operations, on time and on minimum cost ! And of course, at maximum profitability for you, as your satisfaction is our ultimate aim.
