  • Select optimum and “just what’s needed” optimum and greener concepts

  • Identify the best sites locations for the plant/project(s) and perform screening study to lead to the final selection.

  • Define a preliminary execution plan including Permitting, preliminary cost estimate and financing plan

  • Develop a risk and opportunity register that will constantly be updated for which mitigations will be monitored during the life span of the Project.

  • Define the scope of work for the Pre-Project study​

At Pre-Project stage

  • Determine the optimum technologies to use

  • Determine the optimum Engineering experts that could bid for the job

  • Perform the Call For Tender

  • Negotiate the contract to ensure maximum value and minimum cost to Company

  • Supervise the Pre-Project study

  • Complement the Contractor’s work with expert opinion and estimates based on real experiences

  • Develop a plan of study for all main disciplines and the test or survey programs necessary

  • Identify all main stakeholders at each institutional, governmental, technical, commercial and Financial level

  • Prepare securing the land for the facility 

  • Prepare for the Permitting works 

  • Define the most critical ESG and GHG parameters for which a reduction/mitigation plan shall be developed.

  • Improve the Project Execution Plan and identify the main critical path.

  • Develop a first draft mobilization plan

  • Prepare the Basic Engineering/FEED or DFS scope of work​
