• Coordinate with engineering discipline lead engineers and/or task force groups to ensure on- time completion of work activities and the implementation of project control procedures.

• Review and closely monitor project schedule and costs against the agreed baseline schedule and promptly report to Senior Management.

• Closely monitor all critical paths and activities on all contracts.

• Support in the business plan and other related activities by producing regular reporting.

PLANNING and PROGRESS CONTROL EXPERT, ARCTIC LNG 2 PROJECT

• Set-up overall progress measurement of liquefied natural gas plant; maintained progress control system since FEED and at EPCC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) of Arctic LNG 2 Project.

• Prepared Project controls and planning procedures and controlled major EPC Contractor’s performance (Technip Energies, Saipem, Renaissance Heavy Industries).

• Closely monitored Level 1-4 schedules and Project reports; identified and analyzed potential delays and mitigation measures.

• Constantly evaluated and updated the accuracy of the project progress forecast for EPCC phases.

• EPC Contractor’s actual vs. planned progress verification and milestones approval.

• Coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction discipline lead engineers to ensure on-time completion of activities and implementation of project control procedures.

• Supported Project team in estimating and incorporating change orders, value of work done analysis.

• Produced planning reports and S-Curves for input into the Project shareholders presentations (Total Energies, CNOOC, CNPC, Mitsui- Jogmec, Japan Arctic LNG), Project status reports and Work Plan and Budget.

The medium-scale liquefied natural gas project located in the port of Vysotsk, the Leningrad Region (Baltic Sea) with a capacity of 660 KTA LNG, storage tank 42 000 m3 and distribution system.

• Prepared corporate risk management policy and project risk management procedures.

• Coordinated Company risk management. Controlled the projects risk management.

• Produced and provided the risk register to the Risk Committee and shareholders.

• Prepared risk analysis reports, studies and relevant presentations for company management and shareholders.

• Prepared company and project process map and process management policy with procedures development plan.

• Produced project external and internal reports and presentations (weekly, monthly to the project management, HQ, shareholders, and Government).

• Participated in the Partners/State meetings (Russian Ministry of Energy, Partners: Statoil, Nenets Oil Company, Zarubezhneft) in terms of Work Program and Budget approval and recoverable cost justification.

• Business development study: as a working group leader deputy (report to Field Operations Manager), analyzed new business opportunities to find potential customers for granulated sulphur from Kharyaga oil field.
