  • Coordinate with engineering discipline lead engineers and/or task force groups to ensure on- time completion of work activities and the implementation of project control procedures.

PLANNING and PROGRESS CONTROL EXPERT, ARCTIC LNG 2 PROJECT

  • Set-up overall progress measurement of liquefied natural gas plant; maintained progress control system since FEED and at EPCC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) of Arctic LNG 2 Project.

  • Prepared Project controls and planning procedures and controlled major EPC Contractor’s performance (Technip Energies, Saipem, Renaissance Heavy Industries).

  • Closely monitored Level 1-4 schedules and Project reports; identified and analyzed potential delays and mitigation measures.

  • Constantly evaluated and updated the accuracy of the project progress forecast for EPCC phases.

  • EPC Contractor’s actual vs. planned progress verification and milestones approval.

  • Coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction discipline lead engineers to ensure on-time completion of activities and implementation of project control procedures.

  • Prepared corporate risk management policy and project risk management procedures.

  • Coordinated Company risk management. Controlled the projects risk management.

  • Produced and provided the risk register to the Risk Committee and shareholders.

  • Prepared risk analysis reports, studies and relevant presentations for company management and shareholders.
