Led team of 25 discipline engineers in three execution centres (Moscow, Paris, and Munich) responsible for the common onshore facilities and the topsides modules on three gravity-based structures with production capacity of 6.6 MTPA of LNG.

Directed delivery of full design dossier and guaranteed attainment of key project drivers, including low CAPEX, safety, high availability, and plant longevity.

Conducted technical negotiations for the equipment supply agreement for Linde liquefaction licensor and technical and commercial negotiations with BASF for the acid gas removal unit license.

Increased plant capacity from 6.2 to 6.6 MTPA through implementation of selected technology improvements.

Led the EPC phase contract negotiations with Technip and Nipigas for the technical exhibits of the execution phase of the project, including scope of work, performance guarantees, and design dossier.
