PROJECT DIRECTOR – Astari Lithium Refinery Project

Prepared the plan to deliver the Astari lithium refinery project from initial concept. Managed the pre-feasibility study, reviewed potential site locations, FEED contract tender, contractual documentation preparation, launched permitting programme, laboratory testing plan.
Mobilisation plan preparation for project management and execution team.

ENGINEERING MANAGER – Arctic LNG2 EPC

Managed 30 discipline engineers in Paris and Krasnodar execution centres as technical authority for Arctic LNG2 project; collaborated with senior management on timelines, reports and costs; ensured adherence to key project safety requirements.
Protected Arctic LNG2 interests and fulfilled requirements of design dossier, scope of work, and other contract specifications
Performed detailed analysis of man-hours and costs against budgets for claims of changes in scope and supported analysis through technical notes and justifications to management

Arctic LNG2 FEED | Paris, France

ENGINEERING MANAGER

Led team of 25 discipline engineers in three execution centres (Moscow, Paris, and Munich) responsible for the common onshore facilities and the topsides modules on three gravity-based structures with production capacity of 6.6 MTPA of LNG.
Directed delivery of full design dossier and guaranteed attainment of key project drivers, including low CAPEX, safety, high availability, and plant longevity.
Conducted technical negotiations for the equipment supply agreement for Linde liquefaction licensor and technical and commercial negotiations with BASF for the acid gas removal unit license.
Increased plant capacity from 6.2 to 6.6 MTPA through implementation of selected technology improvements.
Led the EPC phase contract negotiations with Technip and Nipigas for the technical exhibits of the execution phase of the project, including scope of work, performance guarantees, and design dossier.

Managed the Arctic LNG2 project to prepare for the FEED phase by performing cold-eyes review of work and developing a plan of future studies to optimize the design and increase production capacity.
Collaborated with operations personnel at the Novatek Yamal facility in Sabetta implement their lessons learned.
Led contract negotiations for the technical exhibits to the FEED contract and the liquefaction licensor design package.
Developed organization chart for the engineering team executing the FEED phase; conducted interviews and on-boarded new-hires.

PROCESS TECHNICAL MANAGER – BG Advance Capital Projects Engineering Team.

Provided functional leadership, guidance, and expertise as the lead for Process Safety in Design (PSID) for BG, including applying standards, setting PSID study requirements, overseeing third-party verification studies, and engaging with operating assets and senior management.
Led the review and update of BG standards.
Guided project operations for Brazil, Australia, Bolivia, and India asset locations, including implementation and compliance with BG and industry standards, identification and approval of mitigations.
Served as key process representative for the Lake Charles LNG and Dragon LNG re-liquefaction projects.
