As Construction Manager (Pre-FEED) for Saint John LNG terminal in New Brunswick, Canada for Repsol, developed feasibility study and established modularisation strategy to attain optimum constructability with input to EPC cost estimate. Appointed as Construction Manager (PMC) for SOCAR OGPC FEED project in Baku Azerbaijan, and managed review/critique of construction deliverables from FEED Contractor. Validated Class-II estimate in line with protocols.

Aided over 20 onshore proposals bids to value of $2B for refinery, LNG, and GTL. Offered support to proposals and marketing for over five proposals estimated at $1B for FPSO, jackets, FLNG, and topside; won three proposals. Managed construction team consisting of 3 superintendents, 9 supervisors, and 3 execution contractors for temporary facilities, civil, and site preparation. Identified key opportunities to reduce 40K onsite person-hours by maximising preassembly scope.

Advanced fabrication/modularisation strategy and executed technical reviews estimated at $4B. Ensured day-to-day technical challenges such as RFI/TQ were resolved in timely manner, and regularly conducted on-site constructability.
